When you use VisaReady, we collect: your email address (if provided during checkout), your selected nationality and destination country, your visa purpose, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details), and any text you submit for AI review.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: generate your personalized visa checklist, process your payment, send you your dashboard access link, and improve our service.

3. AI Processing

Text you submit for AI document review or cover letter generation is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Do not submit documents containing sensitive personal information such as full passport numbers, financial account numbers, or biometric data.

4. Data Storage

Your order data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Payment data is handled by Stripe. We retain order records for 7 years for tax compliance purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with our service providers: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing), and Resend (email).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us at privacy@visaready.eu to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for session management. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track personal data.
